The hotel staff (cleaning crew and the front Desk staff and manager with the reddish hair) and groundskeeper, who had a beard. He picked up the trash can outside the La Quinta Hamilton Inn, and set it back up right, again. Then, he took a restaurant trash (litter) cup that was floating around the parking lot - after I picked it up and handed it to him.

The property itself was great in terms of lay out, color scheme, pool and gym. My husband loved that they had a 24hr gym. My daughter loved the pool. The price was great for the room we got. We got two queen beds and a pull out couch because we brought a family friend with us. The breakfast was alright, but it's what you expect of a hotel breakfast, you know? The staff were friendly enough and helpful. When we come back to Chattanooga I'll probably stay here again.

All together was nice the first room we got had a bad oder and bottom level looking out to parking lota and didn't like but the staff was happy to change for us also the beds really needed updated amd the pool was like ice but other then that it was nice

It's quiet, clean, and unique with the front entrance being a tunnel of water to walk through that opens into the biggest breakfast room/check-in I've ever seen. Good selections for the breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breads, cereal, mini fridge items, coffee, juice. Pet friendly hotel with an extra per night fee with differing prices depending on the size of your pet, registered service animals with legal documentation are free. $50 fee for early check-in before 3:00pm, but it was waived for us since they had a busy day of multiple check-ins. Hotel is about 22 minutes from downtown Chattanooga with traffic, not too awful of a commute to do things.

Friendly and helpful reception, decent breakfast. Very clean rooms. We had 2 suites, one didn't have a clock bedside, which isn't that big of a deal but still nice to have. You can tell it's an older hotel but it has been very well kept up. To me, Chattanooga is just a dirty town, so I don't know if we were in a nicer area or not. Checkout was easy. Done on my phone.

Me and my two daughters were pleased- they especially enjoyed all the pinks/purples in our room (walls, furniture). We loved the setup of the room. One outlet didn’t work, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The pool however was not heated. I spoke with staff and they said it stays set at 85 degrees, but the water was VERY cold even for early spring… but there must have been an issue with it as the following morning when we went to the fitness center, the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall we had a lovely time. 8/10

I Loved how spacious the room was!! I could have fit at least 6 people in 1 room. It was visually pleasing and well lit. There was ample separation for the living area and bed area tv to where they could run simultaneously and still feel separate. Location was close to all kinds of activities and food options. The breakfast was phenomenal, the front desk staff super friendly. It was fantastic.
